Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Guestroom Reservations is 1 week before the guests’ date of arrival. The penalty for not cancelling before this time is a charge of the first night’s room and tax, charged in the form of payment that the reservation is guaranteed to.

During the Event, should a no-show occur, the hotel will contact the attendee before cancelling and releasing the guest room to verify if the delegate has been delayed and will arrive later or not attend. The no-show fee rate for 1 night + taxes will still apply and be charged to the delegate’s credit card on file.
